Born in 1965. Nationality: Russian.
In 1987, graduated from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Economics and Construction Management.
During 1992 – 2001, worked as an accountant of the 1st category in Ussuriysk, Far Eastern Military District.
In 2001, was granted the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus. Worked as accountant at Vilor-Trans, LLC, and later as engineer in the marketing department at Belprodukt, LLC.
Since 2003, employed with IRB as Human Resources officer.
In 2013, completed advanced HR management training course, Center for Scientific, Technical and Business Information.
