Education and Career
Born in 1960, vill. Groza, Gomel Region. Studied at Gomel Road Construction Technical School. In 1979, was admitted to Chernigov Air Force Academy. During 1983–2007, serves with the USSR Military (Russia). From 2007 to present, employed with IRB as Occupational Safety Engineer.
