Area of research: Agroecology.
Graduated from Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in Agronomy. Defended her PhD thesis with a major in Agrology and Agrophysics.
A principle investigator of multiple research projects in the framework of different state and union state programmes including:
– State Programme on Overcoming the Consequences of the Chernobyl Disaster,
– State R&D Programme “Natural Resources and Environment”,
– Sub-programme “Radiation and Biological Systems”,
– Programme on Joint Actions of the Union State of Russia and Belarus on Human Protection and Recovery of Territories Affected Following the Chernobyl NPP Accident,
– Belarusian NPP. Monitoring of radionuclide contents in agroecosystems, agricultural products and ichthyofauna in the framework of the Integrated Environmental Radiation Monitoring Programme in the Belarusian NPP site and the neighbouring area.
She is also a principle executive of research services agreements carried out by her accredited analytical laboratory (ISO 17025-2019) on a fee basis. Such services include soil quality assessment and characterization, examination of food products, agricultural raw materials and environmental objects, and other types of works.
Throughout her entire scientific career, her field and experimental research, Dr. Sedukova has published around 180 scientific articles.
