Scientific interests: the effect of ionizing and non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (independently and in combination with a stress factor, xenobiotics and other negative factors) on the metabolism of male rats in ontogenesis and generations: the functional state of the liver (protein, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism), exchange of neurotransmitters in the brain and the metabolism of steroid hormones; correction methods for located alterations.

Education and Career:

Graduated from Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Biology Faculty, in 2018 with a diploma in Biology and a qualification in Biochemistry. Same year was accepted to the MA Course at the same university, completed in 2020 with a Master degree in Biological Sciences.

Following uni graduation, started employment in a position of jr. researcher at the Endocrinology & Biochemistry Laboratory, IRB.

2024 – present – a researcher of Laboratory of BioSystems Sustainability, IRB

2025 – awarded with a Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus for talented young scientists for “Experimental findings of the new neurotransmitter mechanisms, psycho-emotional and motor effects of electromagnetic radiation (Wi-Fi routers) on rats”.

Ongoing research projects:

  • “The effects of chronic exposure to low levels of electromagnetic radiation from Wi-Fi devices (2 450 MHz) on experimental animals during their postnatal development stages. Search for bioactive substances for the correction of the identified pathological alterations”, 2021–2025 State R&D Programme “Natural Resources and Environment” sub-programme “Radiation and Biological Systems”;
  • “Study of radioprotective properties of algae biomasses under increased radiation load conditions”, State R&D Programme “Convergence 2025”, sub-programme “Interdisciplinary Studies and Emerging Technologies”;
  • “The role of mitochondrial dysfunction in disrupting brain neurotransmitter metabolism under radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure”, BRFFR project no. Б24М-053 (State Reg. no. 20241421).
