Education and Career
Born in 1961, Retchitsa, Gomel Region.
In 1983, graduated from Kiev Radio Engineering School of Air Forces, Faculty of Electronic Facilities with a top-student honours diploma of Military Radio Engineer and a military rank of Lieutenant-Engineer. During 1983–2006, serves in the USSR Military Air Defence Forces. A Reserve Major since 22 December 2006. Employed with IRB since January 2013 in a position of Electric Engineer. Occupational duties include general power supply, fire safety, wire communications, office lease management, civil defence, and the management of state statistical reporting documentation.
